This policy explains how Kraken Labs, publisher of neuronxcrm, uses cookies and similar technologies on neuronxcrm.com and associated interfaces.
It complements the Privacy Policy and describes purposes, retention, and how you can manage choices.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a site or application. Similar technologies (local storage, session identifiers) may be used for comparable purposes; we refer to them collectively as “cookies”.
2. Why neuronxcrm uses cookies
neuronxcrm uses cookies to:
- ensure technical operation and security of the service (session, authentication);
- remember settings you chose, such as your language and display (light or dark mode);
- store your cookie choice.
neuronxcrm does not currently load third-party advertising or marketing analytics cookies on the public marketing site.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced later, they will only be activated after your choice, and this policy will be updated.
3. Managing preferences
On your first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject all optional cookies in one click, or choose per category in its settings. Your choice is stored for 12 months in the neuroncrm-consent cookie; you can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Closing the banner without a choice counts as a rejection.
You can also clear cookies and site data from your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or reset certain preferences.
4. Legal bases
- Necessary cookies: legitimate interest and/or performance of the requested service.
- Optional functional, analytics, or marketing cookies (if introduced): your consent, collected via a banner or preference panel.
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
5. Cookie registry
The table at the end of this page lists every cookie and browser storage entry the public website uses, with its exact name, type, category, purpose and lifetime. It is generated from the same list as the cookie banner, so the two always match. All entries are first-party and strictly necessary; no third-party, advertising or analytics cookies are used.
