Our vision

With AI, changes to software that used to take an agency weeks can now be made in hours, as long as the platform is built for it.

Our aim is for companies to develop their CRM further themselves whenever a need comes up, without waiting for a service provider or a release schedule.

How we use AI

AI is part of how you enter data, report on it and adapt your CRM. It only proposes changes to the system; your team decides whether they go live.

  • AI in the platform

    Prometheus answers questions about your data. AI rewrites emails and suggests changes to the system.

  • Integrations

    Email (Gmail, Microsoft 365, IMAP), calendars (Google, Microsoft), files (Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, neuronDrive), Salesforce import, a REST API with API tokens and webhooks.

  • Extensible

    Add objects and fields yourself. Modules such as Newsletters, Sites and Find a time are added when you need them.

  • In the browser, on any device

    Runs entirely in the browser, on desktop and phone. Nothing to install, no IT rollout.

  • EU infrastructure

    Hosted by Scaleway in Paris. No data leaves the EU.

  • Privacy from the start

    GDPR-compliant, DPA included. Roles and field permissions govern every access.
